Decorated in a coastal theme, this modern single-storey accommodation adjoining the owners' home, is not only comfortable and private but also very well-equipped. The open plan living-room has a comfy reclining sofa, TV and DVD player. There is a large well equipped farmhouse style kitchen including electric range cooker, fridge-freezer as well as a washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, and microwave.

The sun room is a favourite spot with many guests to enjoy the panoramic views, listen to the radio, read a book as well as being a cosy place to soak up the evening sun.

The light and airy bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes with drawers, dressing table and mirror. French doors lead from the bedroom to a small private lawn - a great place to sit and relax after a busy day. The bedroom also has a large ensuite shower- room with shower, WC and wash-basin.

Another great holiday staying at 'The Lookout'. The quiet and peaceful location is perfect for visiting some of Cornwall's most iconic coastline and has spectacular views out across the bay. Ample, safe parking is available next to the accommodation. 'The Lookout' is just about perfect. I'm not sure we could ever ask for more from a holiday property, it's comfortable, clean and is very well equipped. Thank you for a lovely holiday, we would love to return.

This is a lovely and well presented property. Very comfortable. The owners live next door and are contactable if you need them and leave you to enjoy the property if you don't - perfect. It is beautifully decorated and really feels lovely to spend time in. It is handy for trips out around the South of Cornwall and within easy reach of the lovely beach at Praa Sands. A well stocked Co-Op is not far away if you need to stock up on anything. We had a really lovely holiday.
