- In accordance with the Camping and Caravanning Club rules - who grant our license - we also collect information relating to your club membership number and vehicle registration number.

You directly provide our company with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Fill in a reservation form for a campsite pitch
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any our message boards, or via email
- If you book to stay in our Holiday Let, you will have used the Classic Cottages website. Some of the personal data you supply to Classic Cottages is also accessible to us -as the campsite operator and owners – via an account link.
How will we use your data?
Our company collects your data so that we can:
- Process your booking reservation and generate an invoice.
- Provide the camping and caravanning club with your name, club membership number, vehicle registration number and dates you stayed with us.
Our company will not share your data with any other company.
How do we store your data?
Our Company is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect from you.
All booking details for the campsite are stored via our booking partner Anytime Booking, please refer to their privacy policy. If you have booked via a OTA (online travel agent) - data you have supplied will also be subject to their privacy policy and other terms.
Marketing
Our Company will not send you any marketing information, nor do we have any partner companies. We advertise the campsite only through the Camping and Caravanning Club as well as our own website.
The reservation form you fill in when booking a pitch on our campsite does automatically give consent for us to communicate with you via email. Not only to allow us to confirm your reservation; but also to keep in contact with you in the future and keep you informed of any promotions or changes to our campsite facilities that maybe relevant to you. You can always request to opt out of this method of communication at any time by emailing us.
What are your data protection rights?
Our company would like to make you fully aware of all your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
- The right to access – You have the right to request our company for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
