Campsite Terms and Conditions
Bookings
- We are a certificated site and can only accept members of the Camping and Caravanning Club (we will need your current membership no. before accepting any booking)
- The minimum stay is 3 nights on most of our pitches. If you wish to stay for 1 or 2 nights, please book our short-stay pitches 4, or 9 for electric hookups - or pitch B for non-electric. For hikers, please always book pitch 8.
- Maximum stay is 28 consecutive days.
- Adults only and older teens (16yrs and over) are welcome as part of a family unit – please refer to our campsite rules
- We do not accept booking for hen or stag parties and reserve the right to decline bookings for other similar groups at our discretion.
- Advanced bookings only – no “drive-ins”
- No double-axle caravans of any length. No single-axle caravans over 7.0m (23') in length due to restricted access at top of driveway. We do not recommend our site for extra wide caravans of 8 foot width (the standard width of caravans is 7'5" wide) It is possible to negotiate our drive with 8' wide caravans, but you must unhitch before making the turn at the top and use a motor-mover (or man power!) If in doubt phone to discuss prior to booking and we will help advise.
- No motor-homes longer than 7.5m (26’)
- Electric hook-ups must be requested at time of booking if required.
- Wifi is subject to availability and network conditions and is provided for pleasure, not for business or people "working from home". All pitches are within range of wifi but signal strength varies. We therefore can not guarantee uninterrupted provision of wifi at all times.
- We cannot accept liability for any damage, expense, injury, death or loss of any nature what so ever suffered by any person(s) or vehicle, or personal belongings from any cause what so ever, other than in the case of proven negligence or breech of statutory duty.
- Only one unit (motorhome / caravan / tent etc.) per pitch
- We can not guarantee specific pitches during busy periods, but will always try to accommodate any preferences you have.
- By making a booking it is assumed you have read and are willing to comply with our campsite rules.

- A 25% non-refundable deposit, or 1 nights stay (whichever is the greater) is required to reserve your pitch and confirm your booking. Until the deposit is paid, the booking remains provisional.
